Our Handcrafted Artisanal Serrano Honey Vinegar is a 2008 Sofi Silver Award Winner. It is a combination of Sweet, Tart & Spicy and is made from 100% HONEY & vine ripened Serrano Peppers.

Amazingly complex, it makes a great addition to Ceviche, Salsa, Bloody Marys & Shrimp. Delicious Drizzled over Sliced Tomatoes & Fresh Mozzarella Cheese. Add to Dressings for Leafy Green, Potato, Pasta & Rice Salads. Toss with Fresh Sliced Strawberries with a grinding of Black Pepper for a delicious dessert.

Can be used in place of traditional grape-based vinegars.
